While Sundance brings film, art, and culture, it can also be a bit of a nuisance…especially if you have a car to park. Here are some tips to enjoying the fest and avoiding the hassle.

The downtown area of Salt Lake City is very pedestrian friendly and the grid layout of the streets makes it easy to navigate.

Public Transportation

Within the downtown area, UTA allows passengers to ride both the bus and the train at no cost: The “free fare zone” is the area within the State Capitol to the north, 200 East, 500 South and Salt Lake Central Station to the west.

Are you taking your home maintenance seriously enough? With winter coming, it is especially important that you prepare your home for the upcoming winter. While we’re the first to say homeowner maintenance guides can be overwhelming (no, I am not going to seal my driveway 3x a year-whoever does that deserves an award from Home Depot), there are a few basic precautions every owner should take before cozying up to a fire and busting out the long Russian novels.
